Clothing items under $100 will incur a flat rate of $17.00 for postage anywhere in Australia.

Small accessories under $100 will incur a flat rate of $8.50 for postage anywhere in Australia.

Free shipping for purchases of $100 or more.

All items are shipped within 5 days of the order being processed and will be sent via express postage with Australia.


Please contact us via email and we will estimate the total postage and availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We are able to take international orders via email and send you through a Pay Pal invoice.

All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers outside of Australia will not be changed GST. 


I know that you are going to love your new COCO&RAJ purchase, but if something you have purchased is not quite what you were hoping for, there are things you can do.


If the item you purchased is the wrong size you can phone 0419411920 between 10 – 5pm Monday to Friday or email us on and we will arrange for an exchange, as long as the item is still available.  If not, we will arrange a refund.

We will issue you with a refund once we receive the goods and we will contact you for your credit card details so we can process a refund.

The clothing must we unworn, unwashed and in original condition.


You need to send back the item for exchange so that we receive it within 2 weeks of purchase and include your receipt with date of purchase.  Customers will be responsible for the cost of all shipping and handling charges.

Overseas customer must return their item within 1 month of purchase.


Please be advised that our fabrics are printed by hand and therefore, there will be inherent variations in the printing and this is not considered a fault, but part of the style of Coco & Raj fabrics.  Small printed imperfections are not regarded as a fault and will not be considered for refund or exchange.

If your purchase arrives and it is genuinely faulty please let us know immediately to arrange a return or refund.  Once we receive the goods, inspect the item and agree with your assessment, we will arrange an exchange or refund.  We will also refund your shipping costs and any replacement will be sent to you with no shipping charges.


Sometimes sizes or styles that are listed as stock may in fact not be available or may be sold out.  If this happens we will contact you immediately and work out a solution.  You will be given an option of a refund or exchange of item or to place the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.
